Unfortunately not at the moment however we are all ways open to your feedback on color ways of your interest. This does not mean that this product will be made however we will take it into consideration. We are constantly releasing new color options to give you plenty to choose from.

WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes. We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company.

If the product you received is deemed defective your order is eligible for a return or exchange.

ANY RESTRICTIONS FOR SHIPPING?

Please be aware at this time we CANNOT ship to PO Boxes. If an order has a PO Box as a Shipping address, we will have to cancel your order.

HOW DO I RESOLVE ISSUES WITH SHIPPING?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If someone has special shipping circumstances, please contact USPS. We do all of our shipping through USPS First Class and Priority Mail. In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CLAIM.

HOW DO I GO ABOUT TRACKING MY ORDER?

After your order has been placed, it will be listed as “Pending” in your account on MONEYONTHEFLO.com and Paypal.com. Don’t you panic because this means that your order has been received and needs to be confirmed by us. Please allow 2-5 business days to receive your order confirmation. After confirmation, your order status will change from “Pending” to “Complete” in your account on MONEYONTHEFLO.com and Paypal.com. Once your order has been successfully completed, you will receive an email from moneyonthefloclothing@gmail.com within the following 24-48 hours that will include your final tracking information. Visit USPS.com to track your package using the tracking number provided.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO RESPOND TO EMAILS?

We love hearing from you. All emails will be recognized within 24-48 hours.

I DO NOT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT. CAN I STILL PLACE ORDERS ONLINE?

Of course you can by simply linking your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express cards to your Paypal account and then use it to purchase your order. You can not link a gift card, prepaid card or a one-time-use card to your Paypal account, though.
